The Workforce Development Committee is committed to creating awareness of Commercial Real Estate as an industry. With an expected workforce turnover of nearly 50% over the next five years, and as buildings become smarter and more reliant on technology-based operation systems, the Workforce Development Committee shall focus on building a 21st-century workforce to advance a vibrant, 21st-century commercial real estate industry, by promoting the various careers that exist to support the industry, which all have the ability for future growth and opportunity.
