An overview of how property managers and building tenants can prepare before, during, and after disasters. We will review the differences between flood and evacuation zones and determine your zones based on property locations. Information will also be provided on the importance of having an evacuation plan, a building emergency book or plan, and resources that property managers and tenants can utilize for preparedness, response, and recovery efforts.
